Access to these services is available through weekly or monthly paid plans. Charges are one-time and not automatically renewed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to:

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Malta. In the event of a dispute:

Parties agree to informal resolution attempts within 14 days of notice.
If unresolved, any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration, in accordance with Part IV (Domestic Arbitration) or Part V (International Arbitration) of the Malta Arbitration Act and the Arbitration Rules of the Malta Arbitration Centre as at present in force.
Users waive the right to initiate legal actions in other jurisdictions or class actions.

10. Changes to Terms

Refresh.Click reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically to stay informed of updates.
